Thank you for your interest in the products and services of BizDigital Sdn Bhd. This Limited Warranty applies only to custom software developed and purchased from BizDigital Sdn Bhd.
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any bugs and defects for “existing” features during the Warranty Period. New additional requests will not be covered. During the Warranty Period, BizDigital Sdn Bhd will fix, at no charge, the parts of a software that proves buggy or defective, under normal use and maintenance.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for software purchased from BizDigital Sdn Bhd is 30 days (unless otherwise specified in contract) from the date of first installation or date of availability (whichever comes first). No warranty will be provided for time-based jobs and off-the-shelf software.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
- Third party modification;
- System reconfiguration;
- Hardware failure;
- Source code encryption;
- Network failure;
- Malicious software/activity; or
- Update/Upgrade to software or hardware dependency (including but not limited to Framework, Operating System, Plugin, Theme, API, Database)
BizDigital Sdn Bhd reserve the rights to void this warranty if any of the above events occurred.

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. BizDigital Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
